Hello and welcome to Insightful Groundwork. My name is Jeffrey Skoglund, and I am a certified Life Coach, Reiki practitioner, as well as an expert on spiritual counseling and guided consulting. I have been a life coach for several years now, but my foray into private practice began in 2019, offering online services for clients. I offer one-on-one coaching sessions through virtual communication and personal one-on-one sessions, where each session centers upon a specific goal or steps that will help you get nearer to your ultimate goal. My approach is based on understanding my client first and foremost.
I won’t be able to create a life plan for you if you don’t tell me your past, your present, and your desired future. The first thing we will do for our initial meeting will be an introduction to your life. My goal is to understand you and help you progress through blockages in your personal life. I do not seek to give advice immediately, but rather, I want to hear your stories before I can offer you my assistance. As an intuitive life coach, I will help you in your journey of emotional and spiritual healing, so you are able to release your blockages and finally move forward in your life, whether it be in your career, personal life, or relationships. And as a believer in holistic healing and well-being, I also offer Reiki card readings healing to my clients, providing an alternative means to alleviate physical pain, as well as that of emotional trauma.
